Someone customized the Task Scheduler in Windows 2008 R2 to remove the Action and View items along the top and then used customize on the Actions Pane to remove the Actions pane itself. Task Scheduler starts with just an empty screen now. Led to the answer from this page, removing a file called tasksched or something like that from the %appdata% path and restarting Task Scheduler did the trick. Stupid users.

Pretty slick deal.

If you want to do it from a batchfile like I did, use this line below. It takes effect best on next logon.
