Ok, so I had a 36″ Gateway Destination monitor (only, no TV connections) in my garage with a Media Center system for those late-night beers with neighbors and Youtube/Weather/Wikipedia lookups. Well, I bought a new TV for the living room which moves the rear-projection TV (no link. Year 2000 42″ Hitachi that’s run flawlessly) out to the garage. What to do with the 218 pound monitor? Seeing it’s $40 to recycle it, that wasn’t an option. I got it for free, I’m not paying to get rid of it. My neighbor made the suggestion of bribing the garbage men as that’s how he got rid of his water heater. So last night we set this behemoth out by the curb and prepared a six-pack of beer in a disposable Love’s cooler I picked up a few years ago, packed it with ice, and left it in the fridge. This morning it was put out by the curb on top of the monitor with a note for them. I watched them from the living room all Spies Like Us like and saw one grab the cooler, read it, open it, and take it to the truck cab. He then motioned the other one to come over and the hilarity of watching them pick something up that must have weighed twice what they thought ensued. The truck groaned, squealed, and he had to pump the handle a few times to get it in there, but the truck took it like a champ and they moved on. At least they, like me, got a good story out of it. Problem is I miss my beer.
I imagine your breath would be nasty after this. Of course I want to try it. And their bacon flavored version.

Some call it God Mode. Basically whatever you want to call it before the period works. I like ‘Monster Control Panel’. Anyways, this allows you to see all options in Control Panel.
1) Create a New Folder on your Desktop.
2) Rename the Folder to:
MCP.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
3) Enjoy.
